Group Classes

Up the Pumps is a metabolic conditioning, full body workout that includes compound movements, abs, some cardio and lots of fun. All moves we do in class have several options to accommodate many fitness levels. As always we aim to create a non-judgemental, low pressure workout environment that still encourages you to work your hardest and have a little fun while at it. Classes are limited to 8 and take place at 12pm every Sunday unless otherwise noted.
